Villa Hibernia was the perfect villa for our needs. 5 en-suite bedrooms and huge open plan lounge/kitchen diner spilling out onto large terrace overlooking pool. Large pool terrace with lots of grassy areas.
The villa is quite well situated in a nice area and across the road from Baia Grande Hotel, which is a nice reference point for taxis.
The villa was well equipped with lots of extras.
The service from local agent Nuno and booking agent, Ocean Villas was excellent and would definately book again.

I just wanted to say thank you for organising our booking to the wonderful Villa Rene in Vilamoura.
We all had a fantastic time and we were delighted with the villa and how it was kitted out. There was everything we could have wanted and more.
There was a very small issue with a handle coming off a door but that was fixed the morning after reporting without issue.
All in all, highly recommended.

Just a brief line to say we had a fabulous time in the Algarve. Villa Mila is a really wonderful, homely destination and it was a pleasure to meet Victor and Maria, an elderly (79 and 78) husband and wife team who tend to the wonderful garden. They grow papaya, olives, pomegranates and cumquats as well as varied plants and bushes. Guests can pick the fruit. The pool is the cleanest we have experienced in a Villa.
Thanks for all your help, we will probably book again for the same time next year in the next few days although easyJet hasn’t published its Summer 2024 programme yet.

Just a quick note to say we had a great time at the villa and the whole holiday went without a hitch! The villa was great and we couldn’t have been happier, the view and the location to town and the marina were perfect, although the walk back up the hill from the marina is a bit of a killer 😊 Thankfully we jumped in a TUK-TUK instead of walking!

We had a great stay at Villa Laranjeira and the holiday has done us a world of good.
Wee bit of feedback for you and may I express these are not a criticism just our observations:
We weren’t given a fob for the house alarm; The smoke alarm in the kitchen on the ceiling was open with no batteries in it .
The safe wasn’t working and the batteries in the main bedroom remote for the air conditioning had run out with no spares , we just replaced them as they were only €1.
None of this bothered us , and I know on reflection a phone call to the agent would probably have sorted these things out .
May I reiterate these are not complaints just observations
All in all we’ve had another fantastic holiday at the villa

We arrived home yesterday after a great week in the sun.
The villa was fantastic and well maintained and Nuno the villa manager was very helpful throughout our stay.
I know Covid delayed this vacation for us by a couple of years but it was well worth the effort in the end.

Fantastic villa, excellently maintained
We booked to stay here via Ocean Villas initially for June 2020 and had to postpone for 2 years due to Covid. Caroline at Ocean Villas was really great letting us move our booking forward both times. Eventually we got here this year and it was worth the wait! We are a group of 'mature' ladies who have holidayed together for more than 10 years in Spain, Portugal & Lanzarote and this is the best villa we've ever stayed in. Each of the 5 bedrooms was really nice and all had their own bathrooms. There were even lovely toiletries provided too. Everywhere was spotless and very well maintained. Beautiful large kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of sunbeds and space in the garden and round the pool. There are some nice restaurants within walking distance - especially Dom Dinis, and at Seasons Restaurant Sports bar they have Karaoke night and a couple of nights with tribute entertainers. The hotel Baia Grand is practically next door and you can walk there and get the receptionist to call a taxi for you - this was a great help as a landmark as well whenever we were taxiing home from the Old Town (10 minutes away) At the bottom of the road you can get through to the cliff top coastal walk which is beautiful - a bit rugged and rocky but worth the effort. The gentleman who met us to show us round the villa was really helpful and gave us his number so we could whatsapp him with any questions. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a mid week clean where beds & towels were changed and floors etc cleaned - this was very thorough and again the ladies were very friendly. We did a big shop by taxi when we arrived and then topped up when we were out and about - there isn't really a decent supermarket within walking distance but there's a Spar 1.5km away so we sometimes walked there and then taxied back. I would highly recommend this villa.

We had a really lovely time thank you and your place is just so beautiful, perfect for our family with its different entertaining areas too. The location is perfect also, far enough away from the town for us oldies but close enough for our children who are in their twenties and one a teenager, they loved it!

We have just returned from a week at this beautiful villa. 6 adults and 4 children under 4. It had everything you could wish for and more. Loads of space both inside and out. We paid extra to have the pool heated and it was well worth it, the children spent hours in and out of the pool. The only downside is that the location is a little far out from supermarkets and restaurants. We used taxis to go to a large supermarket which cost us about £5. The property could do with an information folder to give people information about the local area. It was only by chance that we found the beautiful local beach. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

Just wanted to say although my birthday & holiday did not go according to plan and some of my family members were unable to come due to Covid and the last minute quarantine restrictions the three of us that did decide to go had a fantastic time. Turning 50 was not so bad with the weather and a lovely clean pool to jump into. Downside having to quarantine on our return.
Caza Azul villa was amazing, very clean and tidy and had everything you could wish for. Rogerio was very helpful on arrival and also the taxi company recommended by yourselves were prompt and on time on picking us up both on our arrival and departure to the airport.
Hopefully should we get to some normal next year I will definitely consider returning in 2021 and I will ensure that both family and friends are aware of the excellent service and understanding you and your company supplied throughout the pandemic.

Everything was perfect and everyone enjoyed the week very much indeed. The whole family loved every minute and the villa proved just perfect. The two downstairs bedrooms were ideal for daughter and grandchildren while myself and my husband and my sister in law and my niece were very happy in the rooms upstairs.
I know I had made a particular point of asking for the pool to be substantially heated and it most certainly was! Babies and grandparents alike loved every minute in the pool and were in it Morning noon and night! In fact my 2 year old granddaughter got over her fear of water and by the end of the week we Couldn’t keep her out of it !!
We have all agreed that a repeat week next year is a must and Ocean Villas will be our first choice, so again very many thanks for all your help and to the Portuguese team for their part in our excellent week ‘s holiday

The Villa was in an excellent location - close to the Strip & local amenities but in a nice quiet residential area so very easy to relax & take advantage of the lovely pool! Our second holiday at Quintus court was even better than the first. We all approved the new outdoor seating area and named it the 'executive lounge'. Once again, the villa was spotless, gardens beautifully maintained and every effort had been made by Rogerio and Nuno for our comfort. The table-tennis table was very well used and our 11year old granddaughter organised the 'Quintus Court Open', with an Olympic style ceremony for the winners. All eight of us had a lovely, memorable holiday. The transfers and car hire arrangements were perfect, weather great, beaches, especially Gale Beach, superb and local restaurants welcoming. Our thanks go to the owners of this beautiful villa for allowing us to 'live the dream' for two wonderful weeks.
